I have my hair cut every 12 days. I’ve been using Brass Beard for the past 2 years. With in that time, the text by phone system they use has not worked properly. I rely on the system heavily because, one, I get my haircut so often, two, when we would schedule my haircuts they are never on the same day but mostly near the same time.

Awesome experience! Just moved to town and hesitant about finding a new place. Let alone a place I could get into on short notice. I called to see if they had any walk ins available and sure enough. Stopped in without an appointment and they worked me in pretty quick. Jennifer Waddell did a great job and as it worked out we both have some ties to the transportation industry. They do ask for appointments but they are a little flexible too. I would absolutely recommend this place. Scissor cut

This was my first visit to the Brass Beard and I was quite impressed. They were very helpful in scheduling my appointment. I was able to get a free street-side parking place less than a block away and they were ready to start when I came in. They assigned me to one of their newer barbers, Destiny. I found her to be very friendly, attentive, personable and skilled. This may very well be the best haircut I’ve had in years! Several years ago, my barber of 30+ years finally retired on me, so I have been in haircut Hell since then, forced to use places like Gr*at Cl*ps, old men barbers with scary shakey hands, grumpy barbers with no skill or personality, trendy over-priced “spa barbershops”, etc. Looks like I’ve finally found myself a real barbershop! I’ll try to get there next time early enough to enjoy a cold beverage!
