I went online to schedule an appointment to have my hair braided. A little disappointed that I have not recieved any follow up. I have a very important event to attend next Sunday and I am not a last minute person. I tried to call them back today and there is some recording that they screen their calls. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. Iesha is great! She’s been braiding our family’s hair for a few years now. She does quality work that lasts a long time. The kids love getting their hair braided here especially in the summer, when they just want to get up and go without having to fuss with hair.

I’ve gotten kinky twists here twice from Maria. I love that she shows you different twist sizes so that you get exactly the size you want. Same for length; she was careful to ensure that they were the length I wanted. Most important (to me, anyway)–the twists last a long time but she doesn’t made them so tight that you get a headache. And Iesha, who I believe is the owner, has been really great about squeezing me in and updating me when there are cancellations. I appreciate that she isn’t like some braiders who tell you they have time for you but then you end up waiting all day.

Don’t let the residential location fool you. The customer care and professionalism is impeccable. This is not hair braiding in the kitchen. I took my 13 year old here to have individuals done, they were nice and neat and completed within a timely manner, well worth the price. Looking to book the next appointment for her back to school look ASAP.
