Critical: ProfessionalismHaven’t been to this salon, but an employee of mine goes here and I’ve never seen someone so upset with their hair at work. Especially when someone asks “are you new in the office” and you see a young genuine sweet girl tear up because it’s not the style she wanted (wrong hair color and really short hair). Long story short, she spent quite the money for her hair, wasn’t really what she wanted and never got her refund back. My employee is really sweet and doesn’t have the heart to disrespect anyone, when she asked for her refund, they were giving her a hard time, Kim was very nasty and unprofessional. She wasn’t going to give the refund back, more so, she wanted to do more damage to my employees hair when she made it clear she doesn’t want anyone to touch her hair. Seems like they can’t understand that concept. Haven’t been to this salon, but an employee of mine goes here and I’ve never seen someone so upset with their hair at work. Especially when someone asks “are you new in the office” and you see a young genuine sweet girl tear up because it’s not the style she wanted (wrong hair color and really short hair). Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been going to the Boulevard for over six months now, Liz is my hairdresser and she is terrific!! And everyone is nice and highly professional. They have totally followed the CDC guidelines to protect all customers and themselves. Their system is over the top and I feel very safe, and everyone wears a mask including customers!!
