Not only did the stylist have someone in the chair during her appt time but she washed and blow dried my friends hair and told her that there was still product in her hair and that she didn’t have the right shampoo. She left my friend to go back home without her hair completely done and asked her to come back the next day. My friend was on her way to come back the following day and she sent her this text!
