I had a great experience, have been having chronic lower back pain. Sam was firm but never put me in any pain, after the session I felt like a new person. I will be going back regularly to see Sam. Highly recommend !

Chelsea is very knowledgeable about what she does and can do to help you, she has been working with me for a couple months now and I very much appreciate her. I started going to her for Massage Therapy, but she is more of a Physical Therapy Massage Therapist. I truly appreciate her knowledge and ability to help me heal.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI have been having some shoulder issues and my chiropractor recommended Chelsa. She has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Each time I have seen her, we have made forward progress and my shoulder is almost back to normal. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Positive: QualityI have went to Chelsea on numerous occasions when I’ve had pretty extreme shoulder and neck pain. I’ve always felt way better after my visit. She also explains herself well when asked questions about therapy. Her dogs cool too.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI cannot say enough GREAT things about The Body Mechanics. I live with chronic pain from severe scoliosis. I’ve never been able to find a way to manage the pain until I found her. Not only has she helped me manage my pain inside her office, her knowledge of the body and how it works has helped me to take better care of my body outside the office.I cannot say enough GREAT things about The Body Mechanics. Absolutely amazing. Chelsa knows exactly what she is doing. I went in with neck pain and limited mobility of my head. I left just a bit sore, almost like I had been working out my neck.. the next day my neck pain was gone and I had full mobility of my head! This is after ONE session. Will definitely return. Cannot highly recommend enough. Thank you The Body Mechanics and thank you Chelsa!!

As an athlete I need more than a gentle massage. Chelsa knows how athletes move and how the body works, and does a wonderful job of keeping me active, and making eveything feel great! She doesn’t do the “easy” massages, but that is never what I want! I highly suggest you use her services! I have been seeing her for more than a year and half.

At first, I was a little apprehensive since I’ve been to multiple LMTs with success of reflexology and deep tissue at only two, both of whom are not practicing in the area any longer. But, I made the appointment and saw Chelsa on April 6th.
