I am extremely content that I found Jill at the Body Bugalow. I was previously getting sugar waxed at another location and I never felt as comfortable and at ease as I did with Jill. She is very gentle when working on your skin, I loved that she provided a cloth to exfoliate and directions on what and what not to do. Her costumer service goes beyond expectations, she contacted me the next day to make sure my skin was ok. That tells me she truly cares about what she does and cares about her costumers, not just a business.

I’ve been seeing Jill for over one year now and she’s the only person I trust for sugaring! She is extremely fast and gentle and makes the whole experience pleasant. She’s also really fun to talk to which makes the appointment go by quickly. Her new location is quaint, private, and has free (& easy) parking! Jill is the absolute BEST at what she does! I have been going to her for the past few years and I will remain a loyal client. I have lived in both LA and the Bay Area and I can easily say that Jill is the most professional, friendly, quick, and least painful sugarista around.
