Phil is wonderful. I recently moved to Indy from Brooklyn and luckily made friends with another client of Phil’s who guided me to The Blue House. After a year of less than stellar haircuts locally, Phil returned my hair to bombshell status in an hour. He understood my hair, how minimalist I am when it comes to styling, and brought back excellent layers to bring my hair back to life. I’m so relieved. And his space is so warm and lovely, too. I relaxed and enjoyed my time chatting and all of a sudden my hair was brilliant again.
