I came here for a blowout and curling for an event. I have naturally curly hair. Upon leaving the salon my hair smelled burnt and this smell has not left my hair despite multiple attempts to wash it. It has been over a week. My curls have not returned and my hair is visibly heat damaged. I am not sure if the stylist used the highest level of heat, kept the heat on my hair too long, forgot heat protectant, or had dirty irons but I am devastated. No one wants to pay to get their hair ruined and damaged. I will not be returning here or recommending anyone to come here. I wish I could get my money back. Stay home and do your own hair so you can protect it because a stylist at a bar like this may not take the same precautions!

I was scheduled for a blowout and makeup. There was a snow storm, I left early, highways were terrible to the point my car was sliding on the road. I was 15 minutes late due to said storm. I had my engagement photos that day. My stylist refused to give me the blowout (wash, blow out, dry) due to being 15 min late. She said she didn’t have time, but would dry style my hair (my hair was greasy). She dry styled my hair, but did not have another customer for a good 30 to 40 minutes after she finished with me. No complaints about makeup! My makeup artist was amazing!

I always love my experience at the blowout bar. The staff is so friendly and the services they provide are great. I would highly recommend booking in advance thought because walk-ins are almost always never available.

The staff was amazing and I felt very pampered the entire time! My hair looked fabulous and held up all night. As the night went on I’d say my hair looked even better. I was really happy with my decision to get my hair and makeup done for my graduation ceremony! I will absolutely go here again!

I went in for a prom styling and now my hair is completely fried. It smells burnt, and it is so strong even after washing. My stylist sprayed product in my hair unevenly, and immediately started curling my damp hair. It was smoking abnormally. I had finally achieved healthy hair and now it is ruined with heat damage. My curls air dried straight. I am so sad and disappointed. I wish my stylist showed more care for my hair and used heat protectant correctly. It’s damage that cannot be repaired.

I have been a faithful customer of the Blowout Bar Dublin for several years. I love having my hair done for me and they ALL do such a beautiful job. I have gone to many different stylists and every one of them gave my hair a beautiful style. I love that they have so many appointments to choose from and so many stylists so that I can almost always get in when I want to.
