BEWARE of this place adding unauthorized charges to your card!!!!! At the time of booking my appointment for lash lift and tint, the total listed on their website for these services was $80.00 total. Went to the appointment, services rendered, got home to find that they automatically charged my card $95.00!!!!!!!!! Was not asked at time of check out if I wanted to add a tip… they just automatically took it upon themselves to add their own $15.00 tip. I tried calling to speak with a manager/owner for 2 weeks now — no one will call me back and the unauthorized charge has not been reversed!!! I am LIVID!!!!!!

The “stylist” got me soaking wet while “partially” washing” my hair….she didn’t even touch the neck of my hairline that still had knots in it when getting back to the chair! Then, she left me twice to apply and reapply lashes to one customer because she didn’t do her lashes right the first time. I told her how I wanted my hair styled and she didn’t even curl it. She just used the dryer and a brush and charged me $40.00 then asked if I wanted to leave her a gratuity! Blonde hair with brown roots. She never gave me her name so that’s how I describe her. Unreal….very poor service with very loud music as the unearthly atmosphere….

Fabulous it’s so quiet and peaceful.3 of us went one my aunt who’s handicap the took special care of her very sweet really paying and walking out in an hours time. Oh one more thing while paying and making a pedicure appt. They trimmed her nails for free telling her happy birthday.

I love this place! Every time I come, the ladies are warm and friendly. Even when I just walk in, they get me in really quickly. And the ladies really take pride in their work. My nail tech even paused her work to offer her hand to help my mom down the steps. I highly recommend the Blow Dry Bar!
