I showed up to my 4:15pm appointment with Josh and didn’t sit in the barbers chair until 5pm because he decided to cut a walk-in before I got there. And when I finally did, it took an HOUR AND A HALF to get a 1 1/2 with a brook (which is uneven everywhere).
