The Asian girl I got a massage from was very questionable she wasn’t legitimate at all she was more concerned about her tinder account that I could clearly see, the front desk was not to quick to greet and had bad breath and ironically there were tic tacs. Right next to her. Would not recommend at all if you are looking for better customer service and they kept bothering me about the tip like some cheap carnival hustlers..

I utilized a gift certificate that I had received quite some time ago and they staff was great with helping me to initially validate the certificate (due to the time frame) and honoring it. Upon making an appointment and arriving, they were very welcoming and the message was great. In addition, the certificate included a tip and when I attempted to tip on top of that, they advised me that it had already been taken care of and not to tip additionally. I regret not leaving an additional tip just for being so honest. I would highly recommend Bird Rock Massage.
