This was my go to nail place and decided to return but I won’t be back and it has nothing to do with the service. The nail tech drilled me about leaving a tip!!! I left her a tip at her table and left a tip with the pedicurist but she demanded a tip which is not what a tip is supposed to be. Someone needs to tell this woman. Terrible!!!

I love this place! I come here for the powder nails and am never disappointed. Their prices are reasonable ($40 for sns powder with tips) and the ladies are all very sweet. She stayed half an hour late to finish my nails because she knew I work with my hands and wanted to make them thick for me, which means a lot of extra work for her but not really extra money on her part. I’m very pleased with their customer service and will return whenever I can. Thank you ladies!

The instruments they use are sterilized between customers and foot baths for pedicures are lined with plastic and then changed between customers. Cleanliness is so important. The staff is friendly and very professional. A great clean place to come to have your nails done.

My grandmother has using Best Nails for a few years. She has tried other places in the area but this is her favorite. I drive her to get her nails done at least once a month and the women in the store are very friendly. A few times, I’ll get my nails done while waiting. Other times I go shopping while she’s being pampered.

I came in for a gel polish change just now. The lady who did them last time did a great job. This time it was a man and he just slapped on polish all over my toes, the uv light touched the polish when he put it over them and I told him, but he completely disregarded me. I sat in my car all upset for a minute then figured I could go back in and ask for a redo and Ada did it. She took such wonderful care of my nails. Now I’m super happy with my pedi!

The lady was incredibly rude and disrespectful and shouted at me in Mandarin because what she was doing with my nails was not the regular routine, she tried to swindle me by trying to cover up a previous nail job as oppose to doing is afresh just because she was lazy and also tried to put acrylic on my nail without putting a false nail under it and when I noticed it and said something she yelled at me again and then asked somebody else to do my nails. I’m disappointed with the customer service. I will never recommend this nail salon to anyone!

I love a nail salon that can make your polish (on natural nails) last. That alone is worth 5 stars. There is nothing extraordinary about this place, it’s the results that cause me to drive by 50 other places to get my nails done.
