Don’t waste your time with this business the owner is rude and they don’t uphold their work. My daughter got a manicure and pedicure with The Choice of the owner using gel that should last 2 to 3 weeks and was peeling off by the time she get home. When I called them to ask if they would fix it I was told she should not come back they won’t do her nails again.. They just lost a customer that’s been coming there for years because they are not child friendly and would not fix the child’s nail Polish. Great business.

Went to get eyebrows done i only had a $10 bill because thats the most they have ever charged me usually its just $8. Anyways she says $15 i told her ok i had to go get $ out because i cant pay with my debit card since theres a bank next door. When she sees i have the $10 she said oh thats fine ill take that. They had no business it was a monday so i guess thats why they thought it was ok to overcharge me.

They used to be good but now idk.. I was on time for my appointment they took walk ins before us. The other time I was here the owner grabbed me for leaving outside to make a phone call even thought no one started my nails yet. Like that’s one thing you don’t do idc if I’ve been here before. Beware! Do not get waxing done here. I had my eyebrows waxed. Kathy, the owner, waxed far too low below my brow and burned me. That night I was in terrible pain that lasted 1 week. My entire eye area and cheek bones was completely swollen. Eyelids felt like they were glued. Went to walkin clinic on day 2 and was put on steroids for 9 days. Took 1 week for swelling to subside. Doctor visit cost $150. Stay away at all costs. Health dept should close this place down.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueOn Wednesday, I had an appointment at 3 pm for a full set aryclic and regular pedi. I arrived early at 2:45 pm and the guy proceed with the process. He took long, neglected to remove the excess aryclic from the powder and liquid combination. He didn’t even oil my nails and left the white residue. Secondly, the lady does my pedi warms up the water, then stops and says five minutes because she sees a customer came in for eyebrow. Can you believe her she stopped my service in order to do this lady’s eyebrows? Mind you she didn’t even shape my toes nails yet just warm the water. After that I didn’t leave until 5:30 mind you I came in at 2:45 I was enraged and frustrated with how long the process was how unprofessional they were I do not recommend this nail salon for anyone. This Nail Salon used to be one of the best now it is one of the worst. The turnover between it’s workers is very significant. The ceiling has water damage now and the customer service is terrible. Just being talked down to and disrespected is enough for me. I have spent hundreds of dollars in this place. But because their customer service is terrible I will not be returning here.

Always professional, clean and time efficient. They give great service and deals. They also do individual eyelashes for $55 it takes about 70 min but totally worth it because they stay for minimum of 2 months if you keep up with them. The pedicures are not pricey but they do a Fabolous job. Only down side there is limited parking but totally worth your time.
