I have been going to Bella Medical Spa for the past year now and have nothing but good things to say about them! I am always warmly greeted upon entering the spa and quickly checked in/taken care of. Even if I have to wait a short time for my treatment, the receptionist always engages in conversation with clients. Brandi’s facials are amazing. She always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. Daniella is very thorough in explaining the laser hair removal treatments and extremely knowledgeable, always making me feel comfortable! I would highly recommend this med spa!

I am happy to give Bella Medical Spa a 5 star review! After they became aware of certain dissatisfactions I had with my visit, they called me right away and apologized. They asked how they could improve and took time to further inform me of their process. They took full responsibility and we’re extremely apologetic. They took extra time to throughly explain other procedures and the prices of each. I am so pleased with how they handled the situation and I would continue to refer this salon to friends/family and I look forward to booking another appointment soon!

She sat down with me and explained everything. She didn’t try to sell me this and that which was nice because my previous place tried to sell me everything including the front door! What I especially liked was she came in with the Botox box and opened it there and filled the syringe in my presence as opposed to what I have seen done in the past where they walk in with the syringe already filled and you have no clue what’s inside.
