New to Florida. Made an appointment here. I left my house almost an hour before my appointment. There was an accident on 200. And had traffic at a stop. I would have been 22 min late. My husband called to let then know about this and they charged my account $35 while on the phone to make a new appointment because we would have been late even leaving early. I would not recommend.
