Brett is my favorite when I get my hair done. I’m always satisfied with my haircut! He is amazing and very knowledgeable, also very professional. I only see him for hair styling and cuts. Due to the fact that that each stylist, manicurist holds their own book it is often very difficult to get them on the phone to make an appointment. I have been waiting four weeks for a call from Kathleen to have my hair cut. This has happened more than once. I am not fussy, leave with my hair partially wet and tip 30-35%. There should be much better management.

Hairstylist butchered my hair & customer service is just as bad. First time there, never even got an acknowledgement when I walked in or the whole time I was sitting waiting, and the desk is right there in the waiting area. Not impressed with the people or the overall vibe; would not recommend!
