So let me me just start with saying this was my first lash appt ever. I was extremely nervous about how it would go lol. Everything about my appt was amazing. The building was nice and clean, the office was nice and clean, and beautifully decorated, the atmosphere was calm. My lash technician Irisa was so kind and friendly and thoughtful, I told her in advance about my leg being broke and she brought an elevated pillow that kept me comfortable and relaxed and my broke leg comfortable through the whole appt. I loved how my lashes Turned out! I wasn’t sure with what I wanted to go with for my first time. Irisa gave me great advice and I ended up going with classics. But my next appt I will be trying the hybrids for sure. My lashes are great, and going on week two and they are still on 🙂 The Beauty Works has gained a faithful and regular customer. I highly recommend!

Irisa is an amazing professional and takes the time to get to know each of her clients and understand what it is that they want. She asks a lot of questions to make sure you are satisfied and will make changes and try and make things work to ensure satisfaction. I have never had a lash artist take so much care into what I want and listen to what I am looking for but cant always articulate.

I absolutely LOVE Irisa, I’ve been getting my lashes done by her for the past couple months and I’m in absolute love every time! I have never gotten my lashes done before and she made me feel absolutely comfortable, we clicked and she made me feel even more confident in myself! Karisa is a very sweet girl and her studio is very clean and comfortable. I really like her personality and wish I had a better experience. I had a full set of volume lashes $150 at 5pm and by bedtime most had fallenout. this was very bothersome since I have lost many years off on and never had this kind of issue. I text her and she offered me to return within 24 hours and she would fix, which I did, she said it was because of tearing. I did not tear with second set and again they fell off. I sent many photos and a text saying I feel that I wasted my money and I would like a refund and she could keep the gratuities. I wanted lashes for the convenience and beauty and I had neither. She did offer me to come back a 3rd time and she would use a different glue. I had to move things around just to be able to do it and then something come up at work and I could not, so I sent her a message the night before. A good business practice would be to return the clients money especially when the lashes fell out within 4 hours each time. My request went unanswered, I have no lashes and out $150. I was hoping to find someone local. Unfortunately I cannot recommend.
