I had been following Conchetta and her work for over a year before I made an appointment and the results speak for themselves. I went to Conchetta and she had my lashes tinted . As we done she told me it was $300 by phone when I sect to her she realized I had a little bit of pigment from 8 yrs ago she told me it would cost me another $100 for color correction and I told her it was ok . Our first meet was nice and cordial . She was teaching her student while doing my eyebrow and once I was dove she told me I did one eyebrow up and one down because that’s how your eyebrow meet . I was not happy about that but she told me I was going to fall in love with my eyebrows . She told me she usually has the care instructions kit but didn’t have one and I left . Once the 6 weeks were done I returned to her and told her I noticed my right eyebrow was shaped square while the left was not . My eyebrows didn’t look like I had them done at all . $400 down the drain and now I have this ugly shape I have to walk around . So I went back for the second process she told me I had to pay $150 for her to finished them then she wanted to charge me an extra $100 for the color correction again . I told her I would not pay the extra $100 because I was t going to pay $650 for eyebrows she messed up. She got very angry and started yelling and getting combative I told her to please calm down and clean my face so I can go . I was so disappointed in her behavior as a professional. She kept yelling and at the end we both agreed she will finish them for $150 . Total was $550. She then told me if they don’t look ok call me in a week and I will do it for free. She proceeded to go on instagram and bash me as a client for her mistake . I asked her to please stop and now 6 weeks later I send her a pic of the eyebrow and she send me a text she can’t help me. Wish I can put a picture of how ugly my left eye yips and shaped. My left eyebrow looks like my 5yr grand daughter did it . Horrible experience I had recommended 5 ppl but after they saw my eyebrows they said no . After she read the review she texted me harassing me . I don’t have to scam any business when I paid for your services . I paid $550 plus tip . I will tell my story and I’m asking you to please stop texting me or contacting me anymore . My lawyer will be in contact with you .
