Alyssa is the stylist to have! She and her staff are very knowledgeable of all products and were very helpful answering all my questions and concerns. I hv been to several salons in the area for consults on my color correction, was so happy to find Alyssa. I chose her because she was the most knowledgeable of those i spoke with. She took her time, corrected my color n cut . Def knows her way around color and technique! Highly recommendable.

..I stopped in this beauty store here 3 days before Easter to purchase my haircolor as I always do. I come here usually on my days off but this day. I stopped in there and to my surprise was this pretty new women very attractive and sweet at the counter very helpful too and seemed to try to make everyone happy. The register got stuck and she wasn’t able to ring 3 waiting customers. I felt so bad for her because she had 2 inpatient upset ranting customers she tried her best to explain the situation to them and that she was still in training and that a coworker maribel stepped out to shoprite and should be back soon. They where flying off the handle screaming at her and she stayed so calm and kept calling this coworkers cell phone no answer. How can someone do that? I dont know. To say the least the 2 irate customers walked out and left all there stuff on the counter. I waited and maribel finally returned and as we told her what happened she acted like it didnt matter. She says ok let me just ring you up. I asked her where is your manager? She said there is none. Almost just looking to brush me off. Wow I felt so bad for this new girl. Not a very pleasant training they should be doing. I decided I will be purchasing my haircolor at Sally’s from now on. I hope the new girl finds herself a different job where coworkers care about her well being. There is no manager there when you need one.
