I have never in my life been felt so taken care of and pleased with a service at the same time until today. Sydney went above and beyond to be sure myself and my bridesmaids would be able to get taken care of today. I have been so stressed with work, wedding planning, moving homes, and beginning a new job all at one time. Everyone since the beginning have been so kind and welcoming making the experience a million times better. I could not say enough amazing things about my experience here. I came in with a headache and so much tension and their team just melted everything away. Sydney is an incredible aesthetician my skin looks and feels incredible she’s just great. Vince is a fantastic massage therapist ah wow cannot say enough great things. Iris is amazing too! My sister enjoyed a facial, pedicure and manicure for her birthday and they made our entire week. I went here for my birthday with a friend to have a relaxing few hours. We walked in and was greeted with a friendly face which was great. When we walked over to have a seat there were 2 kids in the waiting area (not cool), about 10y and 4y old. We we’re offered wine (yes please) and then my masseuse introduced herself to me and said she had gotten locked out her room and it would be a few minutes. My friends masseuse was ready for her so i was left in the waiting area looking at 2 kids (not what i wanted for relaxing birthday). Anyway i never filled anything out online or in person. The masseuse just asked what pressure i liked i told her i wanted to relax nothing hard.or deep. The massage was decent, but i just envisioned more. I’m not sure if I’ll go back yet maybe I’ll get a different masseuse.

I reserved a couples massage and couples float for our 25th wedding anniversary. We had gotten massages before while we were on a cruise and enjoyed them but those massages were mere child’s play compared to what we experienced here. The atmosphere of the spa is absolutely amazing and you feel relax the minute you enter the door. The staff is welcoming and treat you instantly as part of the Bellissimo family. Love this place and will be making plans to return very soon.
