Best facial treatment ever!!! I had an incredible first time experience. Denise was welcoming and accommodating from booking online and even sweeter in person. The Beauty Spot Hilo was sanitized, clean, organized and had everything you need for a wonderful and relaxing treatment. I had the Customized For Me 1 hour 20 minutes Facial. Absolutely an awesome 80 minutes! My skin feels healthy and hydrated. Denise is a very gifted and knowledgeable esthetician! Love her communication skills too! I didn’t want the massages to end and can’t wait to return for my next appointment. I also love her loyalty program. I highly recommend Denise at The Beauty Spot Hilo for a great facial experience. I had such a wonderful first time facial! From my initial contact to schedule via text to departing from the salon, Denise was responsive and caring. I loved that she took the time to listen to my concerns, educate me on the process, and advise me on my skincare regimen. I really appreciate the steps she took to ensure my comfort (explaining offering ear plugs, checking temperature of heated blanket, pressure of the massage, etc.). My skin looks clearer and more youthful, and others have noticed as well! I look forward to coming back for another facial soon!

Where do I begin From November 2021 I’ve been trying wanting to get into The Beauty Spot thinking I could get an appointment that week… boy was I wrong lol she was booked out till February. I gave up and then everyone I came into contact with had nothing but amazing things to say about Denise, so I finally booked and got an appointment for March and let me tell you I’ve been hooked since!!! I just love and admire Denise and her work… She makes me feel amazing my skin looks and feels so good. I’ve been battling hormonal acne around my jawline and since seeing Denise it’s gone away and the scars are slowly fading. Above all of that the feeling I get leaving there is incredible, my skin is glowy, I feel comfortable with absolutely no makeup on and the massage she gives omg better then any masseuse I’ve been too. Overall I can’t live without her and if I could I’d see Denise once a week lol Thank you Denise for your expertise and just for your caring nature in general.

She really knows her stuff and it feels like you’re getting a professional treatment from a friend.
