My daughter bought me a facial for my birthday from The Beauty Room. I was greeted professionally with a smile. The facial was amazing, I wish I could remember the name of who gave it to me, but she was fantastic. Made me feel welcome and relaxed. Did not rush me out of the room for another client etc. Will definitely go back to them for any of their many services provided.

I have mixed feelings over what star rating to give because when I’m there, they’re very nice and do an okay job, but my appointments keep getting cancelled. I originally made an appointment for trialing makeup for engagement photos. The lady (I’m horrible with names) was very nice and did a decent job so I rescheduled with her for the photo day. I also made an appointment for a facial a few days later with another employee she recommended (it was nice, no issues there). Morning of the photos, the makeup lady cancelled on me, so I called the store and they told me there was nothing they could do for me, that none of their other employees could fit me in. Since it was last minute, my only option was to reschedule my photos (and get charged for cancelling with my photographer the day of). When I was able to get another photo time set up, I called back for another makeup appointment. The original lady wasn’t going to be working that day (a normal business day/time because I purposely scheduled my photos to match the posted online business days ..which means the time and money was wasted on trial makeup, since now I’ll be working with a different lady). Fast forward to the next attempt at photos and now makeup lady #2 cancels on me at 8am the day of. This lady did at least attempt to reschedule me with someone else, however it was going to be at a later time and there was no way for my makeup to be done and for me to get to photos on time. On a desperate attempt to not lose more money from cancelling on my photographer again last minute, I got lucky and was able to get an appointment at Sephora (even more lucky that they did an amazing job without being able to do a trial run first).

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityAaliyah is the absolute best! She is so flexible, makes you feel at home and the absolute sweetest. My blonde hair has never looked so good! I typically get full highlights and it looks perfect every time! It is very hard to find a great hair stylist and she checks every box! 100% recommend. I absolutely LOVE Danielle Jones! I have been going to her for quite a while, and she is nothing short of amazing. She is so so sweet, and she truly cares about every customer she deals with. I have had multiple times where my pool has turned my hair green, and every time I call Danielle, she is there to help me save it… literally!! I highly recommend going to Danielle for all things hair. She is so amazing, and I absolutely love her to death!!

I’ve been a client of Toni Ann’s for a few years now and have always received great services from her and her employees. I’m currently seeing Danielle as my last artist and she does such a wonderful job! I’ve had my extensions for a few years and so I’ve been to several different lash artists but Toni Ann & Danielle have, by far, provided me with the best lashes. I am able to retain my lashes for 3+ weeks whereas with the other businesses, I only retained them for 2 weeks or less. I won’t ever trust anyone else with my extensions, honestly. And these are the best prices around town…I was paying double at other places for them to only last 1-2 weeks. She does a great job making them look natural. I am constantly (no exaggeration) having people tell me “You have the prettiest lashes.” People think they’re real!

I can say so much about Meagan. Not only is she personable and friendly, she is INCREDIBLE at her chosen profession! I am extremely picky when it comes to my hair. Let’s just be honest most people cannot cut my hair to suit me. However, Meagan not only gave me a cut that I absolutely LOVE she also fixed my hot roots to match perfectly! ❤ If you are in the market for a new stylist look no further, Meagan is your person. ❤ As for me, I have already scheduled my next appointment.
