I made an appointment for a balayage and hair trim a week prior to my appointment. I verified my appointment twice on the morning of the day I had my appointment with the salon. I arrived to my 1:20 appointment with Sara Emily at 1:03pm. Sara was nice and quickly got my color and placed it in my hair and then left for 10 minutes. Then Sara Emily abruptly came over and asked me to go sit in chairs away from her salon seat. She then proceeded to start another woman’s hair color treatment that was very intricate involving highlights bleaching and foil treatments. Sara Emily left me sitting in the chair from 1:27 until 2:55 without once checking on my hair. My scalp began to burn from the chemicals. No one else came to check on me . As I was about to get up and go wash my hair by myself Sara Emily finally came and rinsed my hair. I voiced my concerns. Sara Emily said she didn’t know and then said she didn’t think my hair would be damaged. My hair felt dry as soon as it was rinsed. I left without even getting my hair brushed after it was rinsed. Sara Emily charged me $85 and never even apologized.
