I arrived at the beauty room with a disastrous head of a hair. It was the worst haircut of my life. Nicole got me in the same day and completely transformed and fixed my total screw up. I couldn’t believe what she did with the mess I brought her. I didn’t think the end result was possible with what I came in with. I’m so happy! The staff was very welcoming on the phone when scheduling, and in person. The salon is super clean, perfect temperature and very stylish. I’ll definitely return when it’s time for another cut! I found this place by searching highest rated hair salons near me. I was not disappointed!

I took her back immediately to show her and explain why I’m not happy with it and she basically rolled her eyes and let me know “hair takes color differently” but she guesses she can put more color on if I really want. I have had many perms, hair color changes, hair cuts and before going to Sarah Chavez, co owner of the Beauty Room previously from Studio 26. All of them have been bad, over colored, burnt scalp from perms, really bad haircuts ans swore that I would never, ever get my hair done again. Well 6 years ago that all changed and Sarah at the Beauty Room is the ONLY person that I will let work on my hair. She is amazing, professional, sweet and well just my kind of gal.
