I don’t normally write reviews, but this place was so unprofessional. I had an appointment for lashes and eyebrows at 1pm, and wasn’t seen until 230pm. During my wait time, a lady got her lashes done, the total was $140, and the front desk lady tried to charged her $175, the tech had to come out and explain to the front desk lady it was $140. Finally I was taken back, my eyelashes were done, but not my eyebrows, my appointment was for both eye brows and lashes. Then when I went to pay the front desk lady tried to charge me for the eyebrows, that the tech didn’t do.

First time getting lash extensions and I was very pleased! The procedure took about 1.5 hours. No discomfort at all. Little bit of a language barrier but she was very patient and repeated herself several times for me. Ways to maintain lashes was explained and also when to return and costs.

They were 35 minutes late for my appointment time due to taking walk ins (the day prior when i booked they had availability all day long) and didnt communicate this to me. I sat there without really being checked in or anything, just a brief “hello, okay wait there”. I could have spent that time browsing the shops nearby instead of sitting there waiting cluelessly.

If you’re African American/Black, please stay away from the beauty room. Poor service towards black people. This is the closet location to my house so I only went back because it’s convenient but never again am I going back there. Not only they were rushing me through my session like I wasn’t going to pay the full $62 for my wax, both times I left unsatisfied with so much hair on my ladies part. When I try to tell them to fix it, the lady caught a big attitude and started plucking my hair one by one instead of just using wax to remove it at once. Ive noticed that other people of other races get better treatment than others. I can’t even believe I paid full price for this. I literally wish I could post pictures but I can’t. Just stay away

TOO MANY RULES! I have been going here for over one year. Recently I scheduled a retouch which is $95 if you schedule within four weeks. My last appt was 3/29 and the girl I schedule with was only available 4/29. She charged me $120 because I went over one month. Whatever! so I made an appt two weeks later on 5/14 and she wanted to charge me $95 instead of $60 which I scheduled a Retouch. I would have continued going back every two weeks at $60 for $120/mo but they just lost a consistent client.

That was NOT done here. She applied the wax in all types of angles and pulled WITHOUT holding my skin. She waxed me in an area more than once and pulled some skin off. I understand sometimes there’s very little hair that can’t always be plucked out but I definitely had a handful of long strands still. I’ve never posted a review before but I’m in pain. I went in to get my eyebrows/lip waxed and slightly above my left eyelid, the crease area it’s red and looks like the skin was waxed off. The right eye is not as bad but more in the crease of the eye. Even my brother who lives in Kansas City (FaceTime) said “that’s not even you’re eyebrow“. I called the beauty room and told the person who answered what’s going on and she said she would let them know. This was my third visit to this place and my last.
