Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’m not from Cleveland (my bf lives nearby) and I really wanted my nails done. I get acrylics often, but it had been a sec. I picked a random well rated place and decided to book a full set and pedicure with Tiyana. Y’all… when I say my girl Tiyana is skilled!! The pics don’t do her justice. The nails took a while because we chatted and I told her to take her time, guys… they are PERFECT. Straight up. No awkward smiling to say my nails are great to just go home and re-file to get the shape I want. My girl just got it done right there. On the website it shows she has few reviews (I’d review on the site if I could figure out how) and that should change because y’all should book her for real. I’m not from Cleveland (my bf lives nearby) and I really wanted my nails done. I get acrylics often, but it had been a sec. I picked a random well rated place and decided to book a full set and pedicure with Tiyana. Y’all… when I say my girl Tiyana is skilled!! The pics don’t do her justice. Critical: Quality, ValueI’ll preface this by saying that I’ve had my nails done OFTEN with gel polish and have never had these issues before. 98% of the time, my nails last two weeks or more and very rarely EVER chip, just look grown out. There were bubbles in the original polish on multiple fingers (you can see one on the pointer finger). I had to go back the very next day because one of my nails had already chipped (which they redid free of charge).Now less and a week and a half later, I have the polish separating from my nails and chipping off. I’ll preface this by saying that I’ve had my nails done OFTEN with gel polish and have never had these issues before. 98% of the time, my nails last two weeks or more and very rarely EVER chip, just look grown out. There were bubbles in the original polish on multiple fingers (you can see one on the pointer finger).
