Went there for a removal and Catalina was wonderful. Called to ? A charge on my account as the name on my statement showed as Jessica Stigh and my bank gave me the contact number. When I called to ask who she was and if it was a business I was given an attitude. It would make since for the business name to appear on the statement correct? I was told first it was for a no show which wasn’t correct because I had a removal done and tipped 20 bucks. Then told I would t be able to book there again. Unprofessional at its best when l was calling to find out who’s name was on my statement then told to calm down it wasn’t thousand of dollars. What a joke. 6/29 9:30 AM. In response to the owners message, this wasn’t my FIRST time at the beauty room. I’d had services done in 2021 in which I also generously tipped. The owner as she claims in her response NEVER told me who she was when I called and explained my bank had her name and number on my statement. At no time did I yell.
