I was excited to try a service here. I made sure to get there early for my appointment (which is requested at the time of booking) 30 mins before my appointment I get a text from Zee asking to push my appointment back 30mins. I agree since I already paid for parking. 30 mins pass and she asks to push it back another 30mins and again after another 30 mins. I got fed up and asked for my deposit back after waiting an hour and a half and no service. Oh and the reason why she was couldn’t make it was because she was getting her NAILS DONE. Lol ridiculous. Completely unprofessional and no respect for people’s time. Go spend your money somewhere else.
