I had originally booked an appointment with a stylist, I can’t remember her name but she was really nice and professional. But when I arrived to the appointment I was switched over to another stylist who to my misfortune was incredibly rude, verbally aggressive and the complete opposite of professional. She didn’t even bother to dry my hair after she dyed it the ugliest color known to man and then told me to not complain and pin it on her because *checks notes* apparently this is what I asked for.

Never been this before and decided to give this a try. The owner booked an appointment (I didn’t know it was the owner) and when I came to the appointment someone else was going to work on my hair. This person had no idea what was needed to be done and how much time I had specifically told the person booking the appointment I had. Just overall the worst experience. I will never go back here and highly recommend anyone new even trying this place. Awful service and communication. Oh, and thanks to this I cancelled other appointments and work schedule.
