Excellent customer service. I had actually booked a cut with a level 1 hair dresser however based on the cut I wanted, she recommended I get cut by a more experienced hair dresser, who was actually not working at the time of my appointment. The more experienced hair dresser was called into the salon to evaluate my hair and altered her plans to cut my hair so I could keep my appointment time. My hair is very complicated it’s dead straight and due to numerous cowlicks it can easily go wrong. The hairdresser was incredibly knowledgeable and was even training the other hairdresser while cutting my hair. Loved the layed back, non-judgmental atmosphere and the fact that I was made to feel like my time, my hair and what I wanted really mattered. These ladies are worth every penny and more. I’m terrible with names and I was in a huge rush as I was heading off on vacation but it shouldn’t matter. They are all fantastic and promise you won’t be disappointed. I will definitely go back.

I have been a client here for a few years now and I couldn’t be more excited and grateful to work with such amazing stylists. The entire staff has a great attention to detail and loves what they do and it shows in their work. After 10 years of writing off Bangs I decided to go ahead and take the plunge and I am so glad I did. I have long hair and its not easy for me to feel confident rather than juvenile with bangs. Cameo killed it and Im already contemplating what other transformations i can expand my comfort zone with because I know that as wild as I get with my ideas the Beauty Loft staff will not only execute it perfectly but they will help guide me with their experience in expertise to make it gorgeously manageable with a styling routine that I can stick with. Can not recommend this place more. Also got my first facial there the other month and needless to say an appointment for another has been made along with my queries for suggestions in how to better manage my skin at home. I love love love this spot.
