Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe shop is really nice and I thought my lash technician was friendly and easy going. We had a brief consult about what I wanted and she suggested I upgrade to a fuller lash. Great.But what I got were really poor quality extensions that were not adhered correctly. Got a hybrid set done on Sunday before leaving out of town on Tuesday. By Wednesday I had lost over half of my extensions and the remaining ones were just barely hanging on. They are shedding.I reached out to the shop on Thursday and was told they only have a 3 day guarantee and that they can’t offer me anything but 10% off a future service.Why would I return if you aren’t even willing to make this experience right?Go someplace else that is willing to stand by quality work and honor the time/money you spent.Service: Eyelash extensionsThe shop is really nice and I thought my lash technician was friendly and easy going. This was a great experience at the Melanin fair. I for the flavored pickles and ended up with hair care, body care and the best smelling Georgia Peach candles. This happens every two weeks with different vendors.

Nestled in a shopping center across from the very popular In-N-Out Burger franchise is the Beauty Lab. Your Lab Technicians (or aestheticians) will delicately guide you to the service you are looking for and put you at ease. My visit was the first of probably many to have body hair removed. I think she was more afraid to hurt me than I was of the procedure. Vera was amazingly kind and very informative, which was really appreciated since it was my first time.

I went here to get my eyelashes done for the first time, I got a classic set done by Desiree and she was amazing! She was very skilled and made me feel so comfortable for my first visit. Lashes came out better than I had expected. I would definitely recommend the Beauty Lab 702, clean spot, friendly staff, good vibes all around.

I had an appt with Tiffany. She greeted me and seemed irritated from the beginning. I even asked her if she was having some personal problems or a bad day because I could tell she was irritated or didn’t feel like doing lashes. I explained that I understood if she wanted to reschedule. She said she was fine and her attitude seemed to improve a bit.

Super disappointed in my experience. First off, this place is half way under construction with plaster all around. And it’s SUPER dirty. Everything, the couches are stained, the bathroom is disgusting, so I was very apprehensive to even stay for my lashes to be filled. I’ve been getting my lashes done for 8 years now, but just moved so decided to try this place cuz it’s close to my house and had great reviews. Not only was the salon bad, but this was the worst lash experience I’ve ever had. It was extremely uncomfortable getting my lashes put on, which is a sign of the lack of professionalism of my artist Raquel. She was nice, but from my experience, not good at doing lashes. Since getting them done, my lashes started falling out the same day. I was annoyed, cuz usually my lashes last at least a couple weeks. But now it’s been 3 days and most of my lashes have fallen out. I seriously can’t believe I paid for these, they’re that bad. I can even feel them sitting on my lashes, another bad sign of a bad lash job. I would definitely avoid this place. Trying to help someone else from an experience like mine.
