I purchased a Groupon for a full set of classic lash extensions & when I got there for my appointment, the place was empty. Void of people & things! The only thing I saw making me think it was the right place was a sign hung out front. I called the number on it & I was told it was a wrong number, that this happens all the time. I asked someone in the parking lot how to get in touch with the person working here & I was told she wasn’t going to be there that day & they had no idea when (or IF) she was going to open again (also that this, too, happens a lot). I am NEVER going to spend my money to chase this person around who can’t even be bothered to show up or put her actual contact info on her business. It was a huge waste of my time, money & effort.
