Beauty Haus was an excellent choice for wedding makeup! I booked them for myself, 7 bridesmaids and our moms. The booking and planning process was simple and stress-free and their prices are very reasonable. I did my trial with Zoe and really liked how everything looked – she listened to what I wanted and made it happen. Zoe was there on my wedding day and had a second makeup artist as well as a helper, so it moved pretty quickly. All of the ladies loved how their makeup turned out and it stayed all day and night, even through a very hot afternoon of photos outside. There was a situation about 2 weeks before the wedding where Beauty Haus informed me that the makeup artist I did my trial with may not be the one doing my wedding because she was returning from an international trip the day before. They did have a backup plan in place and offered to refund my trial if that did end up happening. Luckily it didn’t, but I didn’t love the extra stress that added a few weeks before my wedding. I appreciated the transparency and good intentions, but I thought the planning could have been better to avoid that situation. Overall though, Beauty Haus was great to work with and made me feel absolutely beautiful on my wedding day!

This team is nothing short of phenomenal. I cannot tell you how impressed I was. From the minute they arrived – perfectly on time – to the attention to every little detail with each person in the bridal party, everything was so thorough. They made sure each person was super comfortable with their look, and let me tell you – these looks were stunning. The makeup stayed all day and night and my hair didn’t budge. I can’t speak highly enough of this team. They made me feel gorgeous and so confident.

We used Beauty Haus for my bridal party’s hair and makeup this past weekend and oh my gosh….. I dont even have the words to describe how incredible they were. I had a pretty big group of girls that needed to get ready but they kept a tight schedule and got us all done right on time. Everyone’s hair and makeup looked INCREDIBLE and stayed all night long. We got so many compliments. I cannot thank the girls enough for everything. I highly recommend them for all your wedding hair and makeup needs!!

I got a lash lift and tint, and had a makeup application done with Angelina, and she was fantastic! Throughout the entire process, she checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable, and that the makeup application was turning out the way I had expected. The makeup looks incredible, and I don’t want to take it off. I highly recommend visiting Angelina, and The Beauty Haus Collective.

Be careful with your appointments because I missed my appointment due to an emergency and taking care of a sick child as a single mom, they didn’t really care about that, they just charged $200 to my card for missing the appointment anyway. They will say that I could have rescheduled or called, but when your child is suffering the last thing you’re thinking about is a hair appointment. Occasionally things come unintentionally, and I understand the purpose of cancelation fees, but they were completely inflexible and now I’ve lost $200 for no reason and they’ve lost a customer. A little flexibility and compassion would really encourage customer loyalty.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI absolutely love coming to the Beauty Haus! The atmosphere is glamorous, warm, and inviting, and Lexi the owner is so personable. I get my eyebrows done by Lexie, she spends so much time making sure they are perfect and they come out fierce every time! I get my hair cut by Emily, she’s so sweet and does an excellent job, she listens to exactly how I want it cut and always keeps the health of my hair in mind. I also recommended my best friend here for her wedding, we both got our hair and makeup done by Lexi and Emily and we were both ecstatic with the outcome! It was a windy day, masks were required and of course we danced the night away, our hair and makeup still lasted all day!
