I used to love this place. However our 5 year anniversary trip was a bust. We got the romance package with spa. Nothing romantic about that. We were separated the entire time at the spa, I understand for bath but I asked if we would be reunited for the message and was told we would be and were not. I had left overs from dinner I was going to heat up for lunch the next day. I asked for a microwave, was told there are none available because of electrical issues, yet they have enough electricity for Starbucks, but not a single microwave for paying customers to use. The only good thing about the stay was breakfast, but if you don’t get it with your package it’s $33 for 2 to eat.
