I have been going to Michaela for a few months now and I have never had a bad experience at The Beauty Effect! I have always been searching to find the right lash tech for me and Michaela has by far been the best I have come across with amazing prices for her services! The retention I receive with my service is AMAZING! I never am unhappy with my lashes after seeing Michaela! I will never see anyone else!! You will never leave out of that building unhappy, between the warming welcome of the girls there, cuddles from Muffin and with you walking out with beautiful lashes and feeling better than you did when you walked in. I started coming to The Beauty Effect after relocating and haven’t looked back! I could see from the first visit that both Michaela and Cora were professional and loved what they do! The salon is convenient to get to, welcoming, and always clean. The whole staff is great at accommodating my busy schedule; I drive an hour and a half from JMU every 2-3 weeks to get my lashes done, that’s how good they are! The whole staff is great at accommodating my busy schedule; I drive an hour and a half from JMU every 2-3 weeks to get my lashes done, that’s how good they are!
