Worst hair salon experience of my life. Jessica has low prices for a reason and you get what you pay for. Any positive reviews you see are from her friends or family members, not actual clients. I went in for balayage and I can tell it’s not a service she does very often. When she sat me under the heat she said, “is this how they did balayage at the last place you went?” Hmm…you’re the “professional,” shouldn’t you know how to do it? I had my appointment in the evening, so I couldn’t see how bad my hair was until I woke up and saw it in the sunny/natural light. It’s SO brassy and patchy. Also, 90% of my hair in the back of my head is still my natural color, dark brown! It wasn’t even touched. She also totally forgot to do my roots! (I posted a picture of my roots and that’s not re-growth! That’s from the day after I had my hair done!) I told her I wanted my balayage to look natural. Nothing about what she did to my hair is natural at all! I have had two consultations at other salons so I can get this mess fixed and both stylists said “wow, she really did a number on your hair!” I have tried contacting Jessica multiple times but she just ignores me. She won’t even try to make her customer happy. Very unprofessional service and I advise everyone to stay FAR away!!

The most amazing hair salon!! Jessica is truly the best hair stylist around!! I will only let her style my hair…she does amazing work and my hair absolutely loves her!! She is the hair whisper!!
