The salon is beautiful however I asked for an experienced technician for extensions and within 10 days I had to go back 2x because they were not secure amd literally falling out. After 3 weeks I had 8 beads fall out and they were falling out because the beads were too big and not tight enough and the weft was sliding down my hair. It looked like 10 weeks of growth after only 3 weeks and me washing my hair only 3 times total (1x per week). It should atill look brand new not like this. The weft was also not sewn straight. It was jagged and bumpy and the color was not blended at all. She stacked 1 color on top of the other so 1 brown on Bottom covered by blonde and brown on top. Zero blending. Amd alll 3 different lengths. .. After I called to explain I got a refund for the service which i am happy about however,i later found out that the 1 weft was unraveling and worthless because she cut it on the end causing the haIr to unravel and literally fall off the end of the weft. Should never cut hand tied wefts close to the weft!. I have never haf shedding like this amd I had to buy a new bunch of hair to replace it. I appreciate the refund but I will never get the time back that it took me to get it fixed (taken completely out and redone with half new hair thrown in the trash amd unusable since she ruined the new hair I bought). The first 2 pictures are what I received at The Beauty Company. The 3rd amd 4th are what my hair looks like now/after i got it fixed by an experienced technician at another salon. The difference speaks for itself. I suggest when Customers specifically ask for an experienced extension technician that you provide something better than what i received. Anything would be better. I’ve had extensions for 4 years and have never had such poor installation amd experience. The staff was polite and nice but other than that I would not recommend this place for extensions.

I had the pleasure of working with The Beauty Company for my wedding back on October 9th. The months leading up to the big day Rhonda and her receptionists were always there for any questions or concerns I had. I worked with Larissa for my bridal updo, and Tiffany for my makeup. The girls did an outstanding job, they exceeded any expectations I thought I had. My hair was perfect all day. My makeup was so natural and light, really pulling out my best features. My bridal party worked with a few other girls apart of the company, I unfortunately didn’t get their names, but they were all just incredible. They really made my day as stress free as possible. I can’t thank you all enough! I would recommend anyone looking for spa/ salon/ or bridal services to definitely give these ladies a go!

Salon is clean and has a welcoming and home like feel to it. They do raffles when you buy products which is a nice touch. Tucked away in North frederick, no traffic or crowds to deal with, its a perfect spot
