The overall atmosphere was unpleasant when I first walked in. The girl who did my nails did not tell me she had never put on tips before until the end of the manicure. She asked another one of the other girls to come sit and make sure she was doing it right, and the girl refused to, saying she needed to learn. I understand someone needing to learn how do something themselves, but you don’t leave them to potentially mess up a clients manicure. My nails look like bumpy ski slopes due to the poor application. I will not be returning here for their nail services.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have been trying many places around town to try out. This place was one of the worst places I have been to get my nails done. The girl that did my nails was very sweet, however her child was in there throwing glitter every where and she kept having to get up. That did not bother me, until I got in my car to take a good look at my nails and how they were all lumpy and did not look that great. I just left it as it was and did not worry about giving a call back. My nails started falling off a week after I had them done here and I have never had this happen before at ANY salon. I have been trying many places around town to try out. This place was one of the worst places I have been to get my nails done. The girl that did my nails was very sweet, however her child was in there throwing glitter every where and she kept having to get up. That did not bother me, until I got in my car to take a good look at my nails and how they were all lumpy and did not look that great. The ladies are very friendly and nice, but the quality is poor. I had a dip extension. It’s uneven my nails are different sizes, it’s lumpy and she went over my skin which is causing me pain.
