Critical: QualityDo not book an appointment unless you want half of your hair to be gone. Most of your hair will come out when they try to forcefully brush your super tangled hair when it’s drenched after rinsing out the bleach. Also, I had to cut off over 3 inches because the ends were so fried. Additionally, the bleach was left on in some areas way longer than other areas which resulted in an uneven color. The balayage technique was great but damaged hair is ugly hair. Do not book an appointment unless you want half of your hair to be gone. Most of your hair will come out when they try to forcefully brush your super tangled hair when it’s drenched after rinsing out the bleach. Briana is a wizard with hair! A true artist, who is beyond her years. My previous hairstylist was too afraid of my vision, and even told me that I wouldn’t look good. That’s when I found The Beauty Bee. She was able to turn by dark brown hair to a gorgeous butter blonde! The thought alone would scare many, but she left my hair so soft and it’s not damaged in the slightest!! Not only that, she has great prices and was a joy to be around while she did my hair. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI was told to come early and still had to wait 3 hours. I live an hour and a half away. Even with waiting 3 hours she did not apologize nor address it. Told her what I wanted, color wise and how I wanted my haircut and I didn’t get neither. I understand it’s difficult to get something fully done in one session but other hairstylist I’ve gone to, if they couldn’t get it done they would let me know and offer alternatives. Most hairdressers as well will engage in conversation with you but Briana only talked to her assistant about what they would be doing later that night. Not professional. I still had to pay 300 bucks. I was not going to write a review, I never do with anything but it’s been about 3 months and every time I look in the mirror I still hate my hair.
