The first time I went in for an eyebrow wax I had a great visit, it was calming and I was in a room alone. The second time I visited it seemed I was an inconvenience. I was taken to the sinks where they wash your hair and I was very quickly waxed next to a guy who was getting a hair cut. It was not calming, relaxing, or enjoyable at all. Definitely not a spa like experience at all.
