Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI love Tara and the Beauty Bar! My daughters and I go there 2-3 times a year (I know, I know, I need to go more). Tara always makes sure that we are taken care and we always leave feeling GREAT and looking our best!!The salon is adorable and in a great location!!! We always make a girls day out of it and visit some stores, get some food and ice cream! My oldest daughter and I have Tara for our stylist and the younger two visit with Megan!!! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMichelle did absolutely amazing on my hair! I told her I wanted to make it healthier while keeping my length and she did just that! She toned my existing blonde beautifully and did a really pretty bayalage on my hair so we can continue to go lighter in the future! I highly recommend Michelle as a stylist!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityBased on the reviews, I made an appt based on the reviews from here and on FB and I am very confused after I visited Megan for a root touch up and cut. Two weeks after my appointment all my gray was showing, almost as if the color had washed out. I contacted Megan, sent her pics. She offered one appt time to “fix” my hair and I was unable to make that. I just contacted her again with new pics where you can see all the gray. I asked for my money back and she refused. So basically I paid for a service that I didn’t receive. Based on the reviews, I made an appt based on the reviews from here and on FB and I am very confused after I visited Megan for a root touch up and cut. Two weeks after my appointment all my gray was showing, almost as if the color had washed out. I contacted Megan, sent her pics.
