I spoke with Latonia about consulting and during the visit I was unable to book the appointment. She saw the error and said she will check on her side, then walk me through it (she did)- when time came unfortunately for My daughter and me to have to cancel “24 hrs ahead of time” . I fell into the same predicament with trying to cancel. She immediately tried patronize me as of I hadn’t made the effort to cancel online prior to calling her. 1st my daughter called after I had being trying for some time… then I called her , after her having my daughter on hold forever…. so when I tried to cancel, she tied to charge my second appointment that was also trying to be cancelled, my child and I had reserved… she got short with me when I tried to communicate why it wasn’t working. She then became short tempered, patronizing and unprofessional in how she handled the situation. This would have been our 1st appointment, my daughter and I with her… I was going to reschedule but after her lack of tact and unprofessionalism. She will NOT EVER gain my business nor the party of my bride’s maids!!!! She had no idea this was her audition for my wedding stylist for that entire day. I dodged a huge disappointment and monetary gained from Me, she does NOT deserve.
