First time customer: I came in as a walk in on Wednesday and was told that they were fully booked for the day, so I made an appointment for Friday. The girl at the desk scheduled my appointment and I received a confirmation text and email about the said appointment on Friday at 3:30-5. Came in today at 3:30 and was told that I missed my removal appointment at 3 o’clock??? I explained that she never told me to be there at 3 and the confirmation also did not say anything about that. They did not try to help in any way, just told me that I would not have enough time for an appointment!

This place is honestly the best. The prices are very fair considering these girls are licensed and extremely talented. Unfortunately I have moved away, but I loved getting the traditional lashes by Joanna. Joanna makes the appointment zip by, I was always shocked that we spent and hour talking!! After removal, my natural lashes are very healthy and look just as they did before extensions. This was my guilty pleasure and I really miss it!

Really liked my lashes done by Alyssa at first but they easily fell out. I am in Amarillo on a travel contract so i had to find somewhere to get my extensions done. They barely lasted 2 weeks and tons of them fell out. I got the hybrid set. Idk if they don’t use strong enough glue or what but I’ve been getting extensions for 2+ years in Houston and they never fall out so easily. I got a refill (but they make you refill with the same person) because i thought maybe it was me or something. Nope, same thing happened again. Will not be going back.

Joanna is AMAZING. I have rather sensitive eyes, I have been other places and had issues with their products. The lash lab uses really good products, and I always get compliments on my lash Extensions. They are great and I would highly recommend.

I’ve had my lashes done at multiple places in Amarillo and once I found Lash Lab, it’s the only place I will frequent for extensions. The lashes stay on twice as long as anywhere else I’ve been and you can’t beat the price! The business is always clean and comfortable and the lashes she uses are soft and don’t feel heavy.
