The experience is more than I expected. It is a room with a couple of salt walls, but there is an actual “thing” that dispenses a mist of hymalayan salt into the air. It is awesome and it feels wonderful! I felt like I could breath much deeper for days. There is also some kind of special music playing. If I were to try to explain it I couldn’t. You’ll see (better yet, hear) what I mean when you have your own session. Also, Ashley who runs the studio is a doll. She is kind and accommodating. The be studio was referred to me and now I am referring it to you. Just make an appointment and be ready to chill out and take it all in.
