Awesome place. It’s a barber chair inside a skate shop — with a skate ramp! WHAT?!? The owner/barber, Shalem, is extremely friendly and interesting to talk with. I always enjoy my visits and look forward to the next. And I get compliments about my haircut every time.

First experience at The Barbery and I was more than happy with it. Haircut was perfect, chair conversation was friendly and inviting, product recommendation for styling sealed the deal. I don’t typically even take the time to write reviews but this was above the bar for service so it was more than necessary. I had never been to a barbershop before and my friends highly recommended me to Shalem at The Barbery in Keene, NH. I made an appointment that day and it was fantastic! My haircut was phenomenal, Shalem knows what he’s doing, and is such a fun talkative guy! His whole shop is covered with personal art with a old style barbershop theme to it. I have had a lot of awkward experiences at other haircutting places but Shalem made me feel right at home. Highly recommend The Barbery!

The Barbery is a fantastic, contemporary, barber shop that adds elements from the Hip, urban Barbershops that you might find in LA, NYC or Chicago, and delivers it to you in the quaint, friendly, welcoming way, that is the New England custom. The service is top notch, and I won’t go anywhere else. Shalem does fantastic work, and makes your cut an experience that you look forward to. Make sure you make an appointment, though, as Slots fill up quickly. My Barbery T’s are now a staple in my clothing rotation! Keep up the good work!

Andy always does a wonderful job with my haircut. You have to text or walk in ahead of time to make an appointment, as they usually are booked out for a few days in advance. The location is good and the environment is typically relaxed.
