I’ll never visit this barbershop again! I made my appointment with Allen, owner, who had cut my hair previously. When I arrived he was not there so a waited. One of his barbers facetimed him to let him know I was waiting. Instead of letting me know that he couldn’t/wouldn’t cut my hair, he told me “I gave your appointment to James.” James is a less experienced barber. Here’s my message to you….. You don’t farm me off to “Mr. looking for a customer”. There are too many other barber shops in this town who honor their appointments!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityIf i could give it a ZERO i would 10 times. Horrible experience! I made an appointment a week in advance, find a babysitter, the whole 9. I get there 10 minutes early only to find out “nobody knows where Debbie is or if shes even coming”. The boss “stepped out”. So an employee just doesn’t call, doesnt show up, and that’s acceptable? And then to not call and ask you to come back in 4 hours? Ridiculous. The new owners are doing a TERRIBLE job. I used to come here all the time, but I will NEVER come back. So beyond unprofessional and they were very rude about the entire situation. I told them I couldnt come back because I got a babysitter and explained the situation and the response I received was “Oh well, we dont know if shes coming so you can go somewhere else”. Well there goes my haircut and I paid a babysitter for nothing. Waste of time and money.If i could give it a ZERO i would 10 times. Horrible experience! I came in with a box cut, asked for a little off the top and to fade out the sides. Barber completely disregarded what I asked for and basically gave me a buzz cut. On top of that he took almost an hour and 30 minutes to cut my hair.
