Not one to write reviews but a $20 haircut that I will try to fix at home. Very uneven in spots and sticking out in other spots. Didn’t offer to wash it nor apply any product to even style it. Thought about asking for a different person but hate that confrontation. No attention to detail. Haircut

They are a very friendly staff and organized. My son and I get our haircuts here usually biweekly. I would say I love getting a foil fade or straight razor fade. A little pricey for a haircut in my opinion, but every person who has cut my hair has done it the way I like it. Highly recommend them if you are okay with the prices.

Beth is a miracle worker. She made a 30-40 minute haircut and beard trim feel like 10 minutes. She consistently gives phenomenal haircuts. She’s hilarious, relatable, and easy to talk to. I’ve returned 3 times just to get a haircut from Beth and will continue to. I came on 5/10 at 6pm Beard trim, Haircut

Fast friendly service. This was my 2nd time getting my haircut there, and I was very pleased. My son gets his haircut there often and is very happy as well. Both experiences were great

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueCame in for a haircut. Everything went great until linking me up. “Line up” by shaving a 4” by 1” section right in the front of my head. I paid 30$ to go home and have to shave my head. Called for a refund. The issue there is they claim I have to be there in person to process a refund. I live in KC now. Was only in town to do my kids off, and came here because this is where I use to always go. Will never use again. Stay clear before they destroy your hair as well.Service: HaircutCame in for a haircut. Frustrating experience to say the least. I set an appointment for 2 at 2:30pm. We show up at 2:15pm. We were asked if we both wanted our hair washed. I responded with, “isn’t that included in the price?” The stylist responded, “yes, but if you both want it, I won’t have time to do both, I can only do one haircut.” I don’t understand the point of making an appointment if we weren’t valued customers with designated timeframe for a full service experience. This place has gone downhill since it first opened up a couple years ago. I was on board with all the hype from the beginning but it is hard to be supportive when the last several times I’ve had underwhelming experiences. My son’s favorite part was when he got his neck and back massage. As a 10 year old he thought that was one of the neatest experiences he was able to enjoy. The last four times we have been there including this last one, he did not get his neck and back massage. He wasn’t asked if he wanted one, he was simply ignored and not valued as a customer. Sometimes he feels like he’s a burden and not a qualified valued customer. He is too shy to ask if the service is still included in the “experience” that the Barbershop seems to advertise. I don’t blame him. I do hate to see his face full of disappointment when he was expecting something fun and the service lacked. It is a poor business practice to not follow through with services advertised. I have debated over the past year whether I want to come back and I think this last experience was the last for me and my family.

My barber did a great job with the haircut but she was on her phone multiple times midway through when giving me a haircut as soon as she got a message on her phone. Other than that it was a good place for a haircut.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityEveryone here is nice, no issues with customer service what so ever. If you are particular about your hair, go to the Joplin location. I’ve had several haircuts at this location and each time I’ve felt like I’ve been “practiced” on. Most of the time they don’t have the tools they need. They share clippers which makes me uncomfortable because it screams “I’m new and still working on getting everything I need.” What’s worse is that they constantly need “advice” from other barbers on what to do. Is it too much to ask to receive a professional haircut? I’ve never had a haircut that gave me the fizz here.Everyone here is nice, no issues with customer service what so ever.
