Positive: PunctualityI have to say I’m extremely happy with new my lil mans new barber. He was super nice,all around very patient with my son,and did a damn good job on his hair. He did exactly what I asked him to do which is awesome. And he carried on a conversation with me as well while cutting my son’s hair which is really hard to find these days really. I’m super pleased with the service we received today and will be recommending them to everyone I know as well as giving them a 5 star review today. The charge is only $18 dollars but I gave him $24 because the service was that good and he did so well and treated my son so good as well as myself.. Beware of this place! They used to be great. I went in this morning to get my hair cut. They guy who cut my hair was not personable and his hands shook horribly. I started to question weather he was drunk or on something. He butchered my hair and thought it looked fine. I don’t like conflict so I just paid and left and called back up there to speak with the supervisor. She made excuses for him and said he has a medical condition and that she saw my hair and thought it looked fine. I told her I wanted a refund that I would not be returning. She refused and said the best she could do was give me a free cut by her. I again told her I would not be returning and wanted a refund. This place has gone down hill. Used to be a great place. Don’t use this place unless you want your hair butchered. The fact that she allows someone to cut hair that has problems with steady hand and correctly cutting hair scares me because they are a liability.

I had a situation exactly like 2 reviewers had before mine. I think the barbers name was Shawn and his hand shook through the entire cut to the point I questioned whether or not he was under the influence of something. I do understand having a disorder that causes that but if it directly affects his work it should be addressed.
