Staff here does not care about giving you a good cut, they rush you and only care about getting it done as fast as possible and won’t take the time to make sure your satisfied. She also got upset with me when I asked to trim less off my wet hair to avoid it being too short or uneven and it ended up being both. Not worth the price at all

This used to be a great value when it first opened with $10 haircuts. They are now over $20 and seem to go up every time I go. They do shampoo your hair after the cut but recently have been doing more cutting afterwards which defeats the purpose of keeping the hair clippings off of you.

It was a good experience in the shop but they are very bad at cutting to what you would like if you have thick and curly hair. Their staff is very nice but is tailored for straight hair and not curly hair. I am very dissatisfied with my cut and will have to wear a bad cut for a while because of it. They have very good customer service and got back to me after I reached out about my dissatisfaction. Thank you.
