Each of our private stations features an authentic barber chair and personal flat screen TV. Don’t worry about bringing your little guys. This is a family shop; we keep it clean. Our six-point standard service includes a precision haircut, relaxing shampoo, cooling conditioner, a soothing hot towel facial, eyebrows and mustache trim and finish up with an old-fashioned shoulder massage. My wife brought our 2 year old son in for a hair cut. Before he went he had long beautiful hair and she wanted it shortened a little and layered. When they returned home I cried. Almost all of his hair was cut off and upon further inspection I saw how bad it actually was. The bangs were cut straight across with no texture at all, and there was a spot cut so short it looked like he had a bold spot above his ear. After calling and talking to the manager I was told I could bring him in to get it fixed which would mean they cut his hair even shorter, or I could get a gift card for next time. Neither option was acceptable and I was informed that they don’t do refunds (not even partial). I got 0% of the cut we wanted, 80% of the cut they tried, and 100% of the price they charged.

My barber did a great job and was very nice. A great conversationalist and extremely tolerant of my early morning personality. One of the other barbers said I looked sharp after the haircut! It was a great value and a wonderful experience. Not giving up the name though, she is MY barber! Lol

My kids love getting haircuts here. They are always so happy afterwards. They love the warm towels on the face and the massage on the neck. Typically they have great staff but the last time we went one of my kids got a cut from a woman who appeared to be having a rough day.

I have been a customer for over 8 years. But now I am done.. Over priced to a level that you feel some serious price gouging is going on. They have increased prices by over 30% this month to from $23 to $30 per hair cut.

I have been coming here for the last 10 years, and the stylists are all amazing! It’s the management / ownership I have an issue with. I got my haircut last night and it was 80 + degrees in there, I found out that the A/C has been down for quite some time, with no fix in sight. Then I was told that starting in August, the haircut cost is going up from $23 to $30. You would think a company that is going to raise their costs that high would at least have a tip top facility where you don’t sweat when you’re getting your cut. Do better Barbershop, I will be going elsewhere.

My son is obsessed with his hair. His dad normally cuts it but he let it grow out for summer. It was getting insane. He is biracial and the lady that cut his hair did such a good job. He was freaked at first cause his precious curls were being cut. The whole way home he stared in the mirror saying this is his new look. She was patient and super nice. Will be returning to the neenah location if she still works there.

This is the only place I’ll get my hair cut. Stephanie always cuts my hair perfectly. The whole place is super nice, kid friendly, clean. All the staff is very polite. Pricing is very fair. Once you get your hair cut here, you’ll want to keep coming back.
